On the wine side, medications our 2010 Providence Miguet Chardonnay has finally been bottled. Yes, decease this has taken quite some time as we continued the past practise that has given us consistent gold medals through the addition of reserve stock (10%). Guy Wagner has made a terrific wine that wikl be released shortly (as soon as I get the labels organised!).
Our 2010 and 2011 Miguet Pinots have also been bottled but it will be some time yet before we release these wines. Suffice to say, they are both fantastic examples of what Providence can produce and moving much closer to the styles demonstrated by our award winning 1999 and 1000 Pinots.
